k8v Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k8v ("k8v", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the k8v website at k8v.bet, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the k8v platform. k8v reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the k8v platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. k8v operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before participating.
• You have not previously had a k8v account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

k8v reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory verification, k8v may suspend or permanently close your account. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

To access k8v services, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any other identifying marker — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. k8v will not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information held on your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. k8v reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, identity theft, abuse of promotions, or any activity we determine to be contrary to the spirit of fair play.

All transactions on k8v are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. k8v reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your k8v account balance subject to successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. k8v is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified in the k8v cashier section. Before any withdrawal is processed, k8v may require you to complete identity verification and to meet any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses that contributed to your balance. Withdrawal requests will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless k8v expressly permits an alternative at its discretion.

k8v does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. You must only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Any funds deposited from a payment method that does not match your verified k8v account identity may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

k8v offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries a specific wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• k8v reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once claimed, the applicable promotion-specific terms govern the bonus lifecycle.

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in the k8v wallet. Real-money balances are available for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal conditions; bonus balances become withdrawable only after the relevant wagering requirement is satisfied.

All bets and wagers placed on k8v are subject to the applicable product rules for the relevant game or event. Cricket betting markets are governed by the cricket-specific rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. Slot, crash, and live casino games are governed by the individual game rules supplied by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others).

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. k8v reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error — for example, where clearly incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical fault — and to refund the original stake in such cases.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the decision of k8v's trading and gaming team is final. For live casino games, the outcome recorded by the game studio's system is the definitive result.

k8v operates a maximum payout limit per bet and per day. Current payout limits are displayed in the relevant product section. Wins that exceed the stated limits will be capped at the published maximum; the excess will not be paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k8v platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in the platform's systems. You are required to report any discovered errors to k8v immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers based on information not available to the general public.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the k8v platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or payment information.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Attempting to circumvent technical restrictions or security measures on the platform.

k8v does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any specific game or market will remain open. k8v will use reasonable efforts to restore service after any interruption but accepts no liability for losses suffered during periods of unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

k8v collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
